The HR, Talent and Cultural Advocacy Manager role is perfect for a talented, People-driven person that is passionate about advancing our mission and core values for our current and future BusinessForward family. What will you do?
In a nutshell:
  • Create and implement new and unique candidate generation strategies focusing on our consulting roles for both passive and active candidates locally and nationally.  Execute on an effective full-cycle recruitment & selection process in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment, onboarding and employment experience
  • Manage operational HR activities that support the organization’s business needs: benefit and compensation delivery, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement best in class HR strategy, programs, processes, policies and systems in support of our business strategy and aligned with the mission and culture of the organization
  • Drive the personal and professional success of our people through organizational planning, training development/delivery, and employee engagement initiatives
